Watches with north-south-east-west lines refinished?

Hi everyone,

Did omega actually sell vintage constellations with the vertical and horizontal lines as in the picture?

someone told me that omega did not do this from the factory and watches with these lines had refinished dials, is this true?

Yes, Omega made Constellations with cross-hairs. Not uncommon, in fact. This site is a good reference for vintage Constellations:

There are many, many, correct cross hair Constellations - however, the font on the example you posted doesn’t look correct.

Well, it could just be the photo but, as I said, the fonts don't look correct.

Agree the OP looks like a redial. Serifs on steroids and the quality of the text isn’t good enough.
