Ok I will start Saw this one the other day Watch proudly displayed on Mince. Just not sure what they were thinking ( ground beef for our US friends )
This is the equivalent of starting a "show us your interesting Omega" and posting the lost Armstrong Speedmaster in the first post... That photo is beyond weird.
I just came across this sale ad not 5 minutes ago when I was looking for sharp lugged gold capped constellations. Some strategic watch placement: https://omegaforums.net/threads/vin...stellation-w-mint-no-lume-pie-pan-dial.28486/
IMO @tomvox1 has the most consistently interesting sales posts.....I would be curious to know who/what is his best sales backdrop.
I feel like we are going to look back at pictures like this much as we do puffy wedding dresses from the 1980's, hair styles from the early '90s and avocado colored appliances.
Not to be pedantic, but wasn’t it Aldrin’s (the first worn on the moon) one that was ‘lost’? I thought Armstrong’s was in the Smithsonian? Or did I make that up? But great analogy!
I'm actually not sure, not much of a Speedmaster guy. Took me a few minutes to remember Armstrong's name!
Actor Gerard Depardieu with deer he just killed with aid of Custos watch. “It was his time to die”. (it doesn’t get any weirder than this)
