    Hi All,

I got a watch winder as a gift and have a question about the settings. It can turn in both directions and has 3 different TPD settings. Problem is it doesn't say what those 3 different settings are and I can't find any info on it. Is there a standard for this that would likely apply?

    Thanks!

If you have the make and model of your winder one of us may have the same one and can offer some insight. If not, you can figure it out the old fashioned way.......this may take a while and involve serious boredom. Count the number of turns in a given cycle, ascertain number of active cycles per hour and do a little basic math to determine the TPD at each position. Hope for the former. :)

That's another piece of information missing. I don't know the make or model. Not labeled on the winder. Was trying to avoid the whole counting bit.

    Thanks!

Go to the orbita website and check their tables for your movement. Also call or e mail the mfg for winder settings.
