I've got an Omega LiquidMetal Limited Edition and I don't wear it very often because the metal bracelet sticks to my skin too much and I just don't like the feeling.

Can anyone recommend a leather or perhaps rubber strap for this Planet Ocean watch?

    Thanks in advance

There are numerous retailers of straps for all levels of quality. Pricier ones can be found from Hodinkee, Bulang & Sons, Worn &a Wound etc. Crown and Buckle carries a large variety of straps both high and low quality & price. Watch Gecko is popular. And for budget straps that aren't terrible you can check out CheapestNatoStraps.com as well

Or you can try to get an OEM strap from an Omega Boutique (at a premium of course)

    Hope this helps

@jankoxxx makes really nice leather straps at a good price point, you should check out his threads in the watch parts and accessories section.

+1 for Jan from me as well! I have 3 and they are phenomenal. Sorry I was focusing on rubber straps with my initial suggestions.

Yes, Jankoxxx is top notch. I also have 3 or 4. Hirsch makes some really nice rubber straps. Quite expensive but well worth it. Hirsch Accent Natural Rubber is very comfortable

They look so nice, not sure whether to go for the rubber or leather performance strap. What are your thoughts? Pros and cons?

I don't like leather performance. When I buy leather I want leather against my skin and a classic looking strap. Rather a well crafted rubber strap if it will get wet

I assume the leather performance can't get wet?

While I always recommend Jan in this case your most likely not going to want him for this. His straps are not padded. That watch is pretty big and heavy. You need something thick and padded to look correct. Are you willing to spend around 200 for a strap for it? I can give you some recommendations.

For £200 I would just get an official Omega one, appreciate the advice though.

Decided to go for a Hirsch but the performance strap, got the rubber inside with a nice leather texture on the outside.

    Thanks for the advice

They are more then that and you need to buy the buckle for it which doubles that number. Camille fornet which is Omegas OEM can get you custome straps less then Omegas price.

I'd recommend omega OEM Rubber strap with its deployant buckle.
Here's my PO2500, best combo for look imo.

If you don't mind used items, strap and buckle can be had for $250

That's the exact same strap I have on my Seamaster PO 232.30.42.21.01.002 with the orange bezel. I had the orange bezel replaced with a more classic black one, leaving only the 3,6,9, and 12 on the face in orange.

Camille Fournet doesn't make straps for Omega, although Jean Rousseau is the OEM for only some of the straps. Also Jean Rousseau doesn't make the full rubber straps that work with the Planet Ocean.

As for the OP, there are two Omega straps that I'd recommend with the PO LMLE - the black rubber with white stitching which both @ras47 and @hchj show on their PO2500's, model #98000297, or the black cordura with grey stitching, model #CWZ004526. Both with work with the Omega deploy clasp, both are water suitable, and both add a bit of tactical and practical aesthetics to the LMLE. And both are much more comfy than the bracelet.

I got them backwards on the OEM. Whoops!!. I'm ordering an orange croc from them for my Orange POC. I'll look at JR and compare. I think CF is a bit more affordable though.
