I lived in Vienna for 6 years up to 2005 and there were some good dealers in the old central city area, though pretty expensive as these places tend to be. Also check out the Dorotheum auction house in the centre of town. They have dedicated jewelry/watch auctions and weekly auctions, usually with plenty of watches available. I always found the café on the top floor was worth a visit afterwards as well.

You've just missed the watch fair in Munich – it was this weekend.

Only one I've dealt with is:

    Bachmann & Scher GbR

    Kardinal-Faulhaber-Straße 14a / am Bayerischen Hof
    80333 München

Their web prices are negotiable ... a nice selection there IMO.

Went to Munich last week and stopped in at World of Time. Amazing watched but amazing prices. Got to try on a couple of Autavia's. The GMT was Euro's13,500 and the standard Autavia Euro's11,500.

The thing is there is a similar Autavia in the Felllow's up coming auction with a of £5k-£6k. The other thing is it is a small shop and so it is hard to view their whole range.

I would recommend a beer and roasted pork knuckle at the Huxnbauer Keller .
