Make your own. Cookson's supply cufflink backs in bags of ten for just pennies. I've played around making a few over the years, though not with watch movements as I've never had two matched movements that I couldn't use for something else. All you need is a Dremel, a steady hand and something that you think would look good on a shirt cuff:
