What material is this case / bracelet? possible steel or maybe white gold? Im sorry, I received only two pictures.

That style of bracelet also comes in stainless (I've serviced a GMT version of this watch that had the stainless bracelet), so that's not a certain tell. Essentially it's not really possible to give a certain answer based on what's been provided.
