I'm located in Cambridge, ON Canada. I can take PayPal payments, EMT within Canada and face to face cash transactions are ok too as long as you're willing to drive to the Cambridge, KW area. I pay for the tracked shipping within North America mailed through Canada Post, I don't use FedEx or UPS and International shipping is $25 CAD ($19 USD).
