Could anyone recommend any of the above tools for the below watch? I would like to buy the least expensive tools that will do the job safely and effectively with my proper effort. Thanks. BTW-I do have the rubber ball on the way. I assume it is for use after the initial loosening.
ThisPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network is the only kind of tool I would recommend for these casebacks. You'll have to measure the size, then buy the tool with pins (shown in the eBay ad) and the handle to hold it (not in the ad). Check ofrei.com and esslinger.com as well. You might get lucky with the rubber ball only, but it's unlikely.
I know it's not a Bergeon, but could this be used safely to hold the chronograph case shown above? It would be in a bench vise.
