Does that photo show a watch with the correct hands, or are those incorrect hands you want to replace?

You need the length of the hands (measured from the center of the hole to the tip) and the diameter of the holes or the caliber of the movement and the length. Then start searching eBay or parts suppliers like http://www.julesborel.com.

So I asked some person on the internet about the hands and he asked me details about the movement. Can anyone tell me how to open the second part from the back?

That's a dust cover with a jewelers screw driver pry it off at the edge of the cover. I have a military issued Roamer wristwatch I got in parts just the case and dial and some movement parts well I bought a donor Roamer with the same movement were the hands are a close match just need to be painted white. Maybe buy a donor watch with the same movement but were the hands are close and you got a set of hands being the same movement the hands mite fit. My roamer off to one of the watchmakers I use mite post about it after I get it back.

I was able to open the back and was able to find the movement # and size of the hands.

    The size was H-150, M-90, S-21
