Watch from my father

Hello guys, here's a watch I got from my father, and I've been wearing for about eight years. However, I still don't know what model it is, even after searching on the official website and Chrono24. So I'd like to ask for your help in identifying the model. I even think it might be fake sometimes, he might have been scammed.
The watch was bought at least ten years ago, maybe 15 to 20 years. It was bought in Macau, China. Based on my comparison on Chrono24, several points to note are:
1. Dial style is lines, not Gemstones or Roman numerals. Many similar watches are of these styles.
2. The dial only displays OMEGA, the date, and SWISS MADE. No "DE VILLE" on it.
I will put the specific images below. Thank you very much for watching this thread.

By the way, the number 834 on the back of the watch seems to be a serial number. A repairman added it when I had the watch repaired; he apparently found it somewhere inside the watch and then added it to the back.

Looks like a fantasy replica ... no ?
I suspect so too. If there's still no conclusion this time, I plan to make an appointment at a flagship store in a major city to inquire about it. Previously, when I had the battery replaced and maintenance done at a local authorized service center, no one mentioned that it was a replica, but no one knew the model number either.

I’m pointing towards it’s genuine looks like a
Omega Prestige QUARTZ MODEL AS YOU MENTIONED A BATTERY CHANGE CAL 1376 ? 1532 ?
18K yellow gold case and bracelet

Circled IN BLUE is your bracelet reference number you could put this into google and find similar ones
IN RED the number 834 is a ref number to identify the endlinks which I believe are correct if the bracelet number is 1507/834 ? Difficult to see
IN YELLOW are your hallmarks which I believe is 18ct
This one’s from the official omega website
Looks very similar hands case and bracelet
Obviously without the diamonds

Sherlock Holmes? This is indeed the closest style I've ever seen. Although the diamond part is different, emotionally I still hope it's real, after all, it was given to me by my father, and I've worn it for many years.
Afterwards, I'll take it to the store for authentication, and if it's genuine, I'll also ask why the diamond part is different. Thank you very much for providing me with the reference.

Hahah just google and reverse search images 😜 so watch’s come in many different styles, difference in dials, cases gold or stainless steel, diamonds or non diamonds this one is the automatic one with diamond bezel the same as yours the movement is automatic and the dial is slightly different. I’ll have another look see if I can find the exact same one as yours but I’m 80% sure it’s genuine and solid 18ct gold if your looking at value the minimum you’d get is its weight in gold but make sure your sitting down when you look lol

Really appreciate for your help. As for the value, as a gift from my father, it's already the most valuable thing. Occasionally, I still need to wear it when I see him. So I wouldn't sell it if it is genuine. I was just curious about the model and price of this watch. Also, I have learnt a lot about OMEGA watches from you guys, the knowledge is valuable and helpful.
