Watch & Bracelet Verification

Hello All.
Brand new to the group.
Getting some expert (far better than me) opinions on this watch and bracelet. Good ol’ AI is saying the “JJF” on the clasp indicates a fake/replica bracelet…which may mean that the watch is a super clone.

Thoughts?

The date font looks VERY suspicious. The photos aren't great unfortunately, but didn't the bracelet this model came on have brushed center links?

Reflections are weird on the hands perhaps, but they don't seem shaped right to me.

Best way to tell would be a close up view of the balance wheel (other side of the movement). Guessing there is a good reason the seller didn't show that part 😀

The inside edges of the endlinks look like something chewed on them. They also fit strangely, seems to me they are modified to fit the watch

Sorry, I had to use an angle grinder, it was the only thing I had

OP even if this is real I would pass. The picture of the movement is hardly a good picture but I don't particularly like the finishing that I see... and I'm with @ErichKeane -- most of the time there is a good reason sellers only provide one picture of the movement from one angle.

I get what you’re saying. This watch was posted in a group of which I’m a member…and given all the circumstances in play, I had/have every reason to believe that the seller is reputable.

That said…yes, there are some red flags. One thing I’m concerned about is the ‘JJF’ stamp on the clasp. Chinese knock off? If so…any other flags? Is the rubber strap legit? If not, what about the watch itself? Super clone?

Remains to be seen.

Odd right? Would that alone be a deal breaker? Even if the bracelet is legit?
