Hi all,

I am looking for something to store my watch related items in, i.e. spare straps, bracelets, springbars, springbar tool, etc. Any suggestions? I don't want to spend much money, as it will be in a drawer not on display. What do you all use for such things?

 

I threw everything into a big ziploc bag and literally memorized what's inside so I can almost reach in, feel around, and pull the right thing out. Straps are all paired together like socks. But I have hundreds of straps so it's not easy to organize everything (or even worth it IMO).

When I had fewer straps I had a wooden box that I added dividers into to separate things.

 

Local fishing tackle store has a plethora of trays for storage

 

i recently got a box a TJ Maxx that looks very nice and does the job.

 

I thought you only used this size. For lures and watch bits (not all in the one box though!)

 

If only that’s all I had more like this minus the 10-20 trays already in the boat for the day.


Found lures in Dubai next to the port with the wooden boats for $6 compared to the $18 back home. Bought every one of them, 88 lures in total. Still don’t know what the salesman was saying when I was pulling them off the shelf but he looked happy as I handed him the cash.
