My guess is that it is from the late 1920’s to early 1930’s, is gold-filled. The dial looks to be in excellent condition for being 95 years old and is original.

These are excellent wrist watches, but do not offer any shock protection, so be careful of hard surfaces when you wear it. @gatorcpa is absolutely correct in saying that it is gold filled, you can see brassing on a couple of the lugs and the corners of the bezel. The Pocket Watch Database is an excellent resource, you won't be disappointed by it.
