Well what can I say? I might be biased as the vintage Zenith Defy has really hit a sweet spot for me in the last couple of years. It's a tool watch and most examples I can enjoy wearing and not worry too much about a ding ruining the look. At the same time I've always fancied titanium watches as they speak to the sci-fi nerd in me and the thoughts of what the future could look like. Imagine my Cheshire grin when at Watches and Wonders Zenith dropped the new Defy Revival Shadow. Picking up my jaw off the floor was no small task. Face reassembled, I strapped on the Defy Revival Shadow and have been admiring it ever since.

I'm proud to present to my fellow OmegaForumers some live photos of the best watch from the Zenith manufacture in the last 3 years.

Truly fantastic, thanks for sharing. Titanium does have a futuristic feel, and I wish Swiss beans did more with it!

That ghastly bracelet reminds me of Kiki de Montparnasse S&M wrist restraints.

For me, it's a miss - and I've adored everything Zenith has come up with in recent memory.

I’ve been wearing it pretty much daily and so far nothing noticeable.

On my A384 Shadow that also doesn’t show scratches obviously. Due to the case finish they blend in. I’m expecting over time the whole case to have an ever so slightly lighter tone as all the micro scratches build up. Being titanium these are pretty robust.

Beautiful watch, congratulations. I love the ladder bracelet. I’d like the red one but will need to wait for prices to drop.

May I ask what is the lug to lug size? Thanks!

I appreciate the feedback. I've been searching for pictures with daily wear on the revival shadow and couldn't find any. I guess hairlines are not very visible... like they are on PVD cases.

I dig that bracelet. It’s a good exercise of simplifying and still have a functional and distinctive look. You’ll only have to look at that bracket once and know it’s a Zenith next time you see one. It’s brand maximizer at its best. I can’t say the same thing about Patek and Lange’s bracelets. Half of the industry isn’t able to pull this off.
