I came across this Vulcain chronograph on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2251763333...CsRVpgvTba&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPYPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Is this a fantasy redial to look like a Seamaster 300, or is this a known design variant? I've been able to find others like it on the internet, but none on OF.
I don't know this watch at all but there's nothing about it that would lead me to believe that it had been redialed. The design, finish, font, subdials and lume degradation all say 'original dial' to me
I thought maybe it was not a genuine dial initially just because of the similarity to the sm300. Then I saw other brands with nearly identical dials like this one and thought it could be a generic aftermarket dial that people have rebranded: I've seen what looks like identical fonts for "17 jewels Incalbloc" on other brand chronographs, too. It's authentic enough to have sold for the BIN price, in any case. Thanks for the responses.
