Up for sale is this Vulcain Minstop. Honestly I know very little about this model so I will try to describe the watch as best to my knowledge as I can. The vulcain Minstop comes in a 34mm case. Sharp case in good condition. The silver dial has a sunburst finish and is blemish free, almost mint condition. The half moon black indicator is a 60 minute timer which is reset by the top pusher above the crown. Dial is signed "West Germany" at 6. . It runs and keep time but I am unaware of service history. Comes with a vintage-looking leather strap which has been lightly used. Overall, the watch is in fantastic condition. I am asking $450 net to me shipped. Payment by Bank wire or PayPal. Feel free to drop me a pm if you may have any questions. References available upon request. Please see pics for condition of the watch. Thanks for looking. Gavin
Nice watch. Can The timer be paused/stopped then restarted? Does it count up (ie normal chrono function) or count down?
Your watch is a "Parking Meter" Watch-I owned a Rodania with a similar dial and I have seen a few others When one parked at a parking meter in the big city and put their nickel in the meter for an hour's time one would the set the meter on their watch to 0 and it would count the time down so they would know when to get back to the car to avoid a parking ticket Very cool watch by a good watch making company with a fabulous dial Good Luck with your sale
Thanks for your kind compliments gentlemen. Watch is now sold to a friend here. Thanks OF for the space and those who had inquired.
Just for the record, the missed out because we were too busy surviv Ng an earthquake for me to message Gavin! There should be some sort of natural disaster exemption!
