I saw this vintage model and searched on the internet and found a video on YouTube with the same dial, I noticed that it was mentioned Switzerland. However, I saw another video, and it was written Swiss Made." There is too little information so far. I believe there are several series, and this one starts with the number 3 on the back. It is not working. Do you think spare parts are pretty expensive? Also, is all series share same movement and quality

Mine is an early model. Does not have numbers on the back.

They are often described as not working, but this is because they are wound by turning the crown counter clockwise. Most folks not familiar with the Cricket wind them clockwise, and that motion will have different results because of the special setting of the crown (due to the alarm function).

Matters very little, I suppose, since a vintage watch should get serviced anyway, especially if described as not working.

I am not a watchmaker so am not sure about availability of parts. Mine has been serviced twice in the dozen or so years that I have owned it. The watchmaker never complained about parts.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your kind clarification. I understand now. Your watch is gorgeous; enjoy it. May I know what you believe would be the fair price for the watch in case working, and if not,

I have not kept up on the prices for these. The one in your first post has what looks like a chrome plated and very pitted case.

The one in your second post is beautiful.

The one from the video has strange hands. They look hollow.

I would hold out for one that looks like the one in your second post. I like the dial. It looks like mine.

Mine is gold filled. If I could start over I would find one in steel or solid gold. They are beautiful watches. Good luck.

Thank you for your advice; I appreciate it. I will take your advice and hold out for now; once again and wait to see the one similar to the second post in the future. Once again, thank you very much.
