    These VPI papers are all ways missing on the dust cover of the Omega RAF issued 53. I know some one who made a copy of them. Think it would ruin the value if I put one on my dust cover of my 53 ?

    I don't think it would make a difference. Its totally reversible.

    I agree, and it adds a bit to the originality of the watch.

    Although if you ever sell the watch you would need to advise the buyer that it had an after market paper.

    SAM_4395.JPG the copies by Zaf are quite different to avoid meddling...... here is an original one in comparison to the reproduction............ kind regards. achim

    correct. the one, i showed, was the early one. Zaf`s were the replacement ones after the first services. kind regards., achim
