Hi all For sale is a rare version of Yema Daytona valjoux 92. I just borrowed from a member here the history of the Yema Daytona: Yema, a French watch company is well known for their yatchingraf and rallye. But they also produced a beautiful reverse panda dial chronograph, affectionally known as the Yema Daytona, in the mid 1960s. What I have is the first execution of this watch. It is powered by Valjoux 92 (unsigned) and a gloss dial. This version is known to be in production for only 2 years. After which, yema changed the dial to matte and powered by Valjoux 773x series. This version is hard to come by and are limited in numbers especially one that is in this condition. Case size: 39mm Lug to lug: 47mm Lug width: 19mm Condition: Case: very nice I believe unpolished, same style eith the early Autavia. Dial: beautiful glossy dial no stain or marks, uncommon compared to later matte dial Hands: original, red tip on chronohand Bezel: as picture, the triangle lume was lost so I asked my watchmaker to apply some lume to match the dial. Caseback: original plain caseback with serie number intact Crown and pusher: original Movement: running fine, crown winds, chrono set and stop, however I cant guarantee since it is a vintage piece, my watchmaker did a simple service before. Up to new buyer to do a through service. Strap: a custom Yema Rally from twostitchstraps i believe costs100euro. Price: 2100usd+shipping & paypal
