Vintage Universal Geneve black gilt dial GF case $320

Hello up for sale is a vintage UG that I honestly don’t know much about. Here is what I know:

case diameter: approx 34mm including crown
Case material: 10k gold fill/plating
Lugs: one lug is turned in (or out?) resulting in lug width of approx. 17.09mm on one side, 17.6mm on the other.

Black gilt SWISS only dial with speckling as seen in photos, not as apparent to naked eye. Dial has a luminous burn from hands (edited to add: burn is at about 9:50, looks like a shadow).

Dial and hand lume look original to my eyes.
22 mil serial inside caseback (circa 1962)
Caliber 330 looks clean, watch winds and runs.

I used protective pliers to slightly adjust the 5 o’clock lug, now lugs are 17.09mm and 17.6mm.

strange, it works fine on my laptop.
