I can't speak to the issue of the authenticity of the watch (too few pics and I'm not too familiar with Tissot in general) ... but I'd be a bit careful about a listing from Serbia with no return option.

 

...and the price is a bit high. Its a very small watch! In fact, I am not sure if this is the woman version. Crown is very big compared to the case.
