Vintage Stretch Rivet on 1003

Hey All

Anybody have any info on this stretch rivet that seems to be from the 1st quarter of 1967?

It doesn't have the bracelet reference where I'm used to seeing them. Instead it seems to say "RD874089" on the endlinks which seem attached.

Can't find much info. Any help would be appreciated!

I assume this is supposed to be a 6635? I can't say I've seen that stamping on the endlinks.
