I currently have a 145.012-67 with a service crown and it has bothered me for quite some time especially when I see some beautiful examples out there that didn't have the crown replaced.

Does this look to be the right one listed on eBay for my reference? Would it be advised for me to pull the trigger on this?

    Thanks!!

The diameter seems right but it is too slim, should be around 3.7 mm

And there is no information about the thread size - you will have to request this before pulling the trigger and potentially waste quite a lot of money...

Funny that I just finished the research on the same thing yesterday. The best resource I find is Ofrei. http://www.ofrei.com/page_147.html. You will need the crown moden 43069 but please triple confirm. I wanted a used one to match the case. In the end, I bought a used one on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/122073985134Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network. It is flying from Frankfurt to Seattle :) Will know in a couple days whether this is right. To be clear, I wanted the 'correct' crown as the one I have now is the flatter/shorter one.

This crown in the link is the later crown, not the crown the OP asked for.

The OP crown looks like it's for an early sm300. Accurate measurements would be helpful.
