this is a strange one but has anyone heard of a vintage sm300 with a cal 552 chronometer tested from the factory? There's a shop in the UK selling one and says it has the archive from Bienne stating its correct. I will try and get the link up but here's a picture, take note of the second hand with the red tip. http://www.vintage-watches-collecti...eamaster-300-with-omega-museum-document-1966/
Bridge with serial confirms 552 rest is a mix. Note uneven colors on the parts. The claim for this movement to be 100% untouched and original is at best ill informed. No one can make such a guarantee as a dealer as the history can never be confirmed unless it has not been locked up directly after delivery. Over prized and over sold. Sad really.
