Hey folks, nothing crazy rare or expensive today; just a nice affordable entry-level old chronograph in nice shape overall with some wear to the pushers (most easily seen on the upper one where the chrome has worn thin) and very slight pitting to the finish on the caseback. Functions perfectly for daily wear the few days I've worn it - got it in recently and while it's actually nicer than I expected, I have once again acquired too much vintage lately. Movement pic was taken by previous owner - they believe it a Venus 188, but from what I understand while Sheffield did use Venus movement for chronos, they may have modified the bridge. This is leave to those more knowledgeable about vintage chronos, which are not at all my area. Details: Chromium (or similar) plate in good to VG- shape Accurate to w/in about a half minute a day when wound and worn - YMMV as always. Seems just a shade over 36mm, maybe a 36.5 (will confirm if I can find my calipers) Chrono funtions work accurately, re-set crisply, however the second hand starts and resets to one tick before the 12:00 marker. Clean and clear crystal. No box or papers. *I had thought I had a second strap to fit this one, but can't locate it, so it will come on the black w/white stitching - lugs are standard 18mm. No service history, but no apparent issues aside from what has been noted. Kind of guessing at pricing for this one; not a lot of comps for a not-too-often-seen watch - there are a few listed in the 500 USD range on the bay, which I think is high. *Reduced* Asking $350 shipped CONUS - feel free to reach out if interested.Don't hesitate to make an offer, this one just doesn't suit me as I'd hoped and I need to clear some space before I get to add anything new. *I've realized the crystal looks slightly cloudy in the top pic; it isn't - will try to take better pics this weekend with my proper camera. Can also try to video clip the chrono running, if anyone wants.
