I'm going to be ruthless and if it's not been worn for a while then it will be up for sale.

The first for a new owner is this vintage Seiko Bellmatic, from April 1974.

It works fine, time setting feels good and the alarm setting and sound are fine. A rough check over shows it gains about 6 seconds over 24 hours.

The original Seiko bracelet fits my 19cm wrist well and can go bigger. Very minor negative in that the clasp on the bracelet is a little tight.

Both dial and case are in great condition, some deterioration on the hour hand as shown in the pictures below. There are hairline and surface scratches on the case, but it's nearly 50 years old. Case measures about 38mm across and 41mm from lug to lug.

All in all a completely decent vintage Seiko and maybe one day I'll regret selling but there are too many in the box.

Asking US$350, which seems very reasonable to me.

Any questions or offers by pm please and thanks to OF for the space and these great forums.
