Can anyone give me any information on this vintage Seamaster? I have looked up similar ones on EBay but cannot find the exact model.
Looks to be from 1965 but I am unsure as these are the only pictures I have.
Seller is asking 500$ and I'm pretty sure it's a good price.
I have no other details or pictures and the ones I have are a bit blurry. This is an original
Seamaster and is not a redial.

I think the caseback reads 165.003. If so, you need a better search engine.
Looks to be polished to death but who can tell anything from those photos?

Not like this one.... most have a date window. This one does not.
Trust me, I searched but I am unfamiliar with the seamaster

Again, you need to do a better job of searching; not a single one has a date window.

Wow, just wow. I come on here asking for help and this is what I get? I searched 165.003 seamaster and I get Seamasters with date windows and silver colored ones but none that are 18k gold like the one I am asking about.

If you cannot help me then do not post. It's pretty simple.

It's 165, not 166. That's why you're getting all the examples with dates.

As I previously stated, if you don't have any informative information to add to this post please do not reply. I was looking up the same number you thought you saw so the results were date window Seamasters.
Your replies have contributed 0 knowledge to this thread so it's best for you not to post again.

You'd better learn to spoon-feed or you'll be sorry again...

How can you be so sure it is not a redial?
From that pic, I see a redial until you post a better pic.

    PS hands are short, too.

I might be an Omega noob but I'm quite an accomplished smart a**. Perhaps a reply to a "tell me all about this out of focus watch" should be something like this.
"Here is a complete evaluation of the watch including price."

I am an Omega noob, but not an eBay noob.
    1. sellers usually take blurry pics for a reason.
    2. $500 for a solid gold omega sounds cheap
    3. searching eBay is not a way to get accurate examples

Again, i will explain myself to the assholes that throw nothing but insults.
    I own a 145.022-69 Speedmaster
    IMG_0557.JPG and an Omega Railmaster.
    IMG_0210.JPG
With the Speedy being bought by myself for 900$. I went through some BS(like urselves) to get it to the point where I found a competent watchmaker and had it serviced properly.
The Railmaster was given to me by my boss for making Director in the company where I have worked for 20 years.
He is an Omega collector and has far more Omegas that most people here. He is not a vintage collector and sent me the Vintage seamaster pics to try and find some info on it. He told me the watch reminded him of his father(whom passed away a few years back). These are the only photos he took and sent to me.
500$ for the watch is a steal just like I told him as his friend owns the watch and offered it to him. Since he is a friend, he isn't trying to make money. 500$ is fair to him. That was the price point he is buying it at. He will never sell it.

You assholes with your BS remarks about blurry photos and doing more research need to get a life and don't post on a thread if you don't know what kind of watch it is.

Thanks a lot for ruining an otherwise very informative forum.
