    Hi all,

I spotted a vintage seamaster on a 2nd hand website. No movement pictures available and the seller sells it 'as is'.
It comes with the original leather strap and the original Omega box. Asking price is very low: EUR 160,-

Any thoughts on these pictures (sorry, I know they are not really clear)?

I'd gamble $200 on it. The strap, buckle and box are probably worth half that without the watch. Case looks to be very sharp.

Only question I would ask is, "does it run"?

    If so, grab it.

    It's a 14.70x that's a very late 50's or very early 60's watch with either a 591 or 552.

If you don't buy it, please tell me immediately via PM - I'll jump on it.

That's a nice watch especially for the asking price, I'd buy it.

You better get on it because there WILL be others who try to buy it. If the seller ships to the US I'll be all over that like a dog on fallen table scraps.

Ya snooze, ya lose. My hand would have broken the sound barrier while typing if I had seen that first.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
