Vintage Seamaster - year,model,value?

Hi, I have had a vintage Seamaster for probably 15 years, was a gift,and would be great if anyone could provide some guidance on the model number, year (think around '68) and value? It works well, good condition. Many thanks in advance.

Open the caseback and you can search the modelnr. on Google inderdaad. Value not much- few hundrerds (euro)
