Vintage Seamaster (late 1950s to early 1960s)

Hello! I got my hands on a well abused seamaster (tons of damage and missing omega logo). Before I take it to a watchmaker to open it up, I'm wondering if anybody in the forum do know more information about the watch?

A few things I spotted are:
1) Coffin hour markers and doubled on 3,6,9,12 hour mark
2) Partially obscured "Swiss Made" text at the bottom (could it be a fake?)

Pardon me of the images, its the best my phone can do

That is rough. I’d caution against spending too much money on a service/restoration (I’m assuming it doesn’t have sentimental value).

The watch looks authentic but it will cost a lot to restore it..also from the pictures I do not understand if it's missing a hand or are overlapped?

Thanks for the advice. The watch do have a sentimental value and I'm looking towards preserving the watch.

Thanks! I'll browse through the thread.

The hour and minute hands are overlapped. (Time 9:49)
