I stumbled across this at Fog City Vintage Watches and was immediately smitten. It's in excellent condition with a new OEM crystal, full service receipt from LA Watchworks, and Omega Extract. IMG_1818.jpeg 120A0254.jpg

WOW. Even nicer. I traded a rare Italian issue chronostop plus cash at Orlando Vintage watch many years ago for a similar caliber 321.

May I ask what reference is stated on the Extract?
I notice yours doesn’t have the Tachymetre scale unlike mine. Thanks

The reference is 145.018. I have only seen a few like this without the Tachymetre.

Maybe no tachymetre is an indication of refinished dial. C2413641-0D2F-4595-A05F-5CFE1D4A53B2.jpeg
