I am relatively new to the world of vintage Omegas, having mainly dabbled in Heuer because of the Motor Sport thing, although I have owned a 145.022 69 Speedmaster for 20 years now.
Lately I have been seriously considering acquiring a vintage Seamaster chrono, not hung up on whether the 861 or 321, butI I wonder if anyone could please shed light on the difference between a watch marked as Deville on the dial and one that just has Seamaster?. To me they look like the same watch, possibly it is an Omega marketing thing?.
Would love to get some further information on this if possible.
