Hello, I’m new to this forum and I’ve been very impressed with the knowledge found here. My main watch is a Speedy, but I also have an old Seamaster my father-in-law gave me many years ago. Is there perhaps someone who recognizes this particular model and can share some information about it? D0E14BCE-953A-4BEB-8752-48621ED7C9E4.png

Always a fan of numbers on the dial. Nice watch!

All the info you need is on the inside. The case back reference you can search on the Vintage Omega Database and the movement model and serial number will give you a fairly specific time frame of the watches age.

1950s Seamaster 30. The Arabic numerals were made for the English market. Whole thing looks very correct. Oil her up, give her a nice new strap and a pair of spring bars and put her on your wrist.

    It's a nice thing.

Probably a model# 125.003, early 60s caliber 269. Several different dial types although the full numeric I’ve seen less often. Looks to be in nice shape.. these are really undervalued imho. Maybe worth $5-600usd or so in present condition. It cleans up nicely and makes a wonderful dress watch, even better that it belonged to a family member.

    Probably a 268-269 inside.

Everything that can be seen on your pics looks OK, except the crown that seems a replacement. Still a nice watch!

Thx for your replies, I’m very happy to learn a little more about this watch. I added pics of the crown and caseback also. Maybe this can clarify if the crown has been replaced? 9C9E347A-5067-4A71-BFEB-D43BE9922185.png F58889CC-D5E8-47E3-BBD0-2A8427D8EAD8.png 9C9E347A-5067-4A71-BFEB-D43BE9922185.png F58889CC-D5E8-47E3-BBD0-2A8427D8EAD8.png

I thought the crown were a bit too big, but looks like a genuine Omega. I am not an expert of the Seamaster 30, so will let more knowledgeable people confirm if it is legit.

Crown is original. Here is mine without the numeral indices.
