    Hello all,

I am becoming a fan of some of the dress Seamasters from the 50's and 60's, but it seems that they are mostly around 34mm diameter, which I fear might be a little small for me.

Did Omega make anything of a similar style in the 36-38mm diameter range similar to the pictures I have attached? In particular, I am a fan of the dagger hands and the Arabic numbers at 3, 6, 9 & 12.

Also, if there is a good source on the internet to find such information, I would appreciate a link.

    Thanks!

    Greg

The Omega Seamaster case ref 2938 is just on 35.6mm diameter excluding the crown. I'm not sure whether there are authentic black dial versions around, though.

Ck 2494 & 2657 were 36 mm seamaster bumpers late 40s either a caliber 351 or 342. It was a shared case sometimes marked as such. I have a pic of mine somewhere. I've not seen a black dial version but some waffles. No numerals though, just indices. Wears nice on the wrist.

Seamaster 'Sparkle' dial, 36mm w/o crown. I bought this from Mike early last year, and I like it a lot

Omega Seamaster reference 2867, caliber 503, measures a true 38mm without the crown. I sold this last year.
