We need to see the inside (under the inner back cover) for a reasonable estimate on model/date. From what I see you have an Omega Lépine with hallmarks indicating a case of silver possibly made in Germany or made for the German market based on the hallmarks. The enamel dial has Omega "Paris" style Arabic numerals and Louis XV gilded hands. Clear well focussed pictures are essential to an accurate assessment so try taking photos in natural daylight in a shaded location and try to avoid relections.
