many apologies if this is a common Question. This is my first post. I’m looking for an 18k rose gold pin buckle to fit my newly acquired 1957 rose gold jumbo dress watch. I put it on a dark olive green suede strap to give it a rare look but the rose gold buckle is a non-omega item. I’m in the UK.

Gold plated Omega buckles aren't that uncommon, but I don't recall seeing any rose gold plated ones. I would be surprised if none are available, but I don't think they'll be cheap or especially easy to find.

Rose gold buckles ( vintage ) are rare for many brands.

A 18mm or 16mm modern one from Omega is your best bet. Can be ordered at a Omega Boutique. I purchased a SS not that long ago for a Constellation and it does me

Not cheap for gold ore Rose gold though....

If your OK with one like below

Buy a yellow gold buckle and have it replated. That’s what I did.

I don’t think I have ever seen a rose gold vintage Omega buckle for sale.

Hi, the one supplied by the watch dealer in Amsterdam is a good match so would keep this until I can get a rose gold one. Cheers, D image.jpg

came with my 18k pink 2872.
Only ‘plaque d’or’ and definitely not for sale unfortunately but it does show they are out there.

I just inquired at an omega boutique in the US for buckle prices. Prices vary on style and location, but it is around $50 USD for a SS buckle and $250-300 USD for an 18K in any color of gold. If you are okay with a new buckle appose to a vintage buckle, I highly recommend going into a store and looking at the strap catalog to find the style you like. The gentleman who helped me was super nice and took the time to remove a buckle off an existing strap.

I’ve heard that they are now making “vintage style” buckles with the raised logo.

Plated rose Omega buckle, sourced on eBay earlier this year from a watchmaker's estate.

They made 18mm buckles for their Speedy Tuesday limited edition.
