Hey guys,

I randomly ( was looking for some 1956 Himalaya Lhotse pics 馃榿) came around these nice shots, of Swissair crew and some of their watches. Some I recognize, some I dont. Maybe you can.

If you have similar pics, feel free to add. Not sure if a similar thread allready exists, but aviation and watches are natural partners, so would be cool to see more.

*click on the pics to enlarge them, they have a pretty big resolution*

Cheers Nico

Very interesting to see a Doxa Diver here 馃榿

This one looks like a Seiko Jumbo to me.

Looks like a Rolex Submariner

Here I am pretty sure 馃槈 Enicar Sherpa Jet

Looks like a Glycine Airman to me

No idea, but looks like a regular three hand watch.

This looks interesting. I guess it's a German Flieger watch like Tutima or Hanhart.

No Idea.

No Idea either, but could it be an UG?

No Idea.

That looks like a Rolex GMT Master

Another Glycine Airman (maybe same Pilot as before)

And a few more:

Could be a Breitling Navitimer Chrono.

Thats an interesting one. Looks like the Stewardess wears a watch on a tropic. Enicar had the "Steward" and "Stewardess" for flying personal. Sadly no pic from the front.

Just a normal three hander...but cool racing bracelet I just know from Tissot from this time.

Rectangular watch, several watch companies possible.

Thats a nice one. The Flight officier on the left is wearing a Rolex, at least it looks like a Role bracelet. The Cockpit watch on the right is an Enicar 817 CH (https://enicar101.com/2020/12/07/the-jet-age-enicar-ch817/ )

Great photos! I'd say the man who is about to dig into his delicious, presumably First-Class dinner, is wearing a Rado.

The bearded pilot (or co-pilot) on the right of one of the color photos is probably wearing a Tissot, based on the case design and bracelet.

Looks like a Flightmaster to me

didn't know where to post them, so I edited the title to a bit more generic one.
