Vintage Patek Philippe “PPCo” & “AW”-signed 18k YG 14mm Buckle

On offer here I have a genuine vintage 18 karat Yellow Gold Patek Philippe tang buckle in classic “flat” style with 14mm inner width. This appears to be an early AW-manufactured buckle that is also co-branded “PPCo” in the center of the underside. So, I would guess that it dates to fairly early in the 1950s, if not the late '40s, a golden era for Patek. This buckle is also stamped “DÉPOSÉ” and “0.750” on the underside and, while a bit worn/smoothed, all of that nomenclature is still legible. This uncommon vintage gold Patek buckle is suitable for a variety of classic mid-century Patek Philippe models in yellow gold, including Calatravas and even highly desirable complications.

This elegant solid gold buckle is in Very Good overall vintage condition, with some signs of wear and age - light scratches mainly - but no major defects.
