Vintage Patek Buckle 14mm in Pink or YG

Hi, I'm looking to find a vintage 14mm buckle from Patek, ideally in pink gold but I would also consider YG. The vintage style I'm looking for is like the one in the photo - more "square" than Patek's contemporary "tang" buckle style.
