I bought this omega pretty cheap, but I am having trouble finding the model. think its 1920s but not sure. It winds perfectly and keeps the time awesome as well. Although, the secondhand can get stuck on the 30 second mark if the minute hand is also there. Only happened once, easy fix. Any help is appreciated!

Omega didn't have many model names at the time (1920s), it's just an "Omega Wrist Watch" with the crystal held by a knurled screw down bezel, typical of the 1920s period.

The movement is a caliber 26.5 SAV 15P (SAV for Savonette, also "Hunter" for the case style). The dial looks original and was possibly military at some stage but the radium lume has been removed. The Cathedral style hands would have had lume infill as well.

The movement and case serial numbers date your watch to the 1920s.

It is badly in need of a service judging by the position of the regulator.
