Definitely worth 350……unless it’s 350 gold sovereigns/doubloons/diamonds.

Personally I’d pass as the dial is repainted and the case looks poor.

What has your own research revealed?

I don’t see a problem with the case. Lugs straight and no dings or dents on the bezel. Even with the crappy images.

Crown not original. Replacements are gold plated. Reference number on inside case back could help on images for a older original if you want to bother or just use current one for now

Ask for movement images and case back (inside and outside). You want to be sure movement is clean, no corrosion on the case.

Dial is fine. Not a collectors piece, didn’t bother the original owner and price is reasonable provided no corrosion on case and movement condition

Make a €300 offer

If you are buying a vintage watch I’d strongly advise you find one that is keeping time, preferably recently serviced. The cost of a service and potentially replacement parts could add an additional €350 to your outlay.
