Vintage Omega - What do you think?

    Hey Guys,

    I am looking at buying my first omega. I have lurked the forums for a while but have not really posted as I am trying to educate myself at the moment. I have found a Omega Geneva - Cal.1012 at around $300. I just wanted to get some feedback before purchasing it. What do you guys this?

    Not the most popular watch, but still nice. Looks ok to me, the case is not re-finished, nor is the dial. The 1012 is a nice and robust movement. The last in-house before Omega started to use ETA. More here even if it's angled towards Constellations using the same movement family. Price is ok, I'd buy if for that.
