    hi everyone,
I bought a vintage watch and i noticed there was a delay a day 50-60 minutes (14-15 hours).
it is ok?. i was ask a watchmaker and he said that ok (Because of the clock 's age , and the weather).
the watch not was on hand like a year+.
    what do you think?

Have the same watch and never had anything over 20 seconds a day (24hr) and it hasn't been serviced for a long time.

Your watchmaker should be able to get it to similar to mine if not better after a service.

Are you going to strip it down piece by piece and use one of these

Then put it back together piece by piece after looking at each piece under a microscope for damage.

If not you need a new watchmaker

Welcome. The coment is because a good watchmen would never say that such a loss in time is normal; the watch needs to be serviced.
