Hi, i'm a new member from germany. My hobby is collect old vintage watches. i've buyed a old OMEGA watch and i need some information over there. Maybe in the forum are some people who know this watch. Thank for help and best regards Werner
Hi, It is an early (around 1912) wristwatch using the case design (with added lugs) and movement of Omega pocket watches. The movement is a small version of the 19' series. What is the exact size of the movement? The dial is in bad shape as you surely noticed, and the watch is missing the minute hands. A new dial and hand can be found on a donor but it is not always easy to find the exact correct size.
Hi, thank you for your answer. I know, the watch is in a bad condition. I'm looking for spare parts because i d'like make a full restauration of the watch, but i found no information for the caliber. Is it possible this is the right caliber "Kalibernummer 13''' SOB" ? I found this number at the webside of OMEGA, but i'm not shure. There has no photo, only a small handmade picture at sidenumber 185. https://www.omegawatches.com/de/planet-omega/heritage/vintage-details/14822/ best regards Werner
I don't know. The watch is at my home. I'm a programmer for robots and i'm in the moment underway to work for the next 3 weeks. Thank you very mutch for your help.
