Hello all, I have been looking for information to help identify a watch received from my grandfather and have stumbled upon this forum . The watch was my great grandfathers which has been passed down in the family and now belongs to me. However, my grandfather could not give me any specific information about the watch. Some specifics about the watch are as follows. - No collection marking on face. -14k Gold marking on backing. - face looks to be stainless steel. - diamonds around the face. - I believe the band is not original as band marked champion stainless steel USA - mechanically wound. - has omega symbol on the the face of the winder. - "swiss made" on bottom of dial barely legible. Any help is much appreciated! Attached you shall find photos of the watch. Thanks, Wayne
Looks like a US cased hand wind model 1965 - 75. Best way to identify the watch is to remove the case back and photograph the movement and the inner case back as the markings will identify both movement calibre and model. Cheers Desmond
