Vintage Omega watch authentication

Hello I recently bought this vintage Omega watch at a antique shop and was wondering if it looked authentic. I don't know much about this type of thing so I thought I'd come here and ask. So if anyone knows anything about it or knows if it's genuine that would be much appreciated

The watch is genuine, the bracelet is after-market.

In reality it's a small watch with gold plating somewhat worn through and a very tired movement in need of a service
