Hi all, I'm a newcomer to this forum. I own a Omega Chronograph Cal. 321 1963 (101.010.64) but it never came with an original strap/buckle.

Does anyone know if it is possible to find an original omega leather strap and/or buckle to fit this watch?

Many thanks.

Regarding strap, I doubt you’ll want a leather strap from the 1960s.. unless just for show? But buckles can be found and swapped onto a modern strap.

It is quite possible to find nos Omega strap from the 1960-70s - it's a matter of time and the money you're ready to spend.
The buckle, as you mentioned, shouldn't be a problem.

Most leather from the 1960s will not be in good condition, and will often split/crack if worn. Are you intending to use the strap, or just display it? Perhaps you want a bracelet?

I have bought a few Omegas with the original strap (60´s),
some of them were almost unused, and some were....how do says this... a bit colorful and musky...
You could find nice ones, but maybe go for a vintage buckle, and a new strap??

And keep us posted on your adventures...??

after 60-70 years, I doubt that any leather strap could possibly be in good shape. The best option IMO should be a new strap with original buckle

Thank all for the responses. Duly noted on the strap. It will be to wear on occasions so I'll stick with the practical option of keeping theexisting after market leather strap for now.

In terms of finding an original gold omega buckle - how best to start my search for this?

What a nice watch!! For the gold buckle, you have to hunt it on ebay or elsewhere but it’s not cheap, maybe 400-500 bucks for a nice one. You can start by learning about omega buckle and choose the right period model.
