··Oooo subtitles!These naturally have wobbly lume. That lume on the one you show is very grey and fungal, I can't see anyone deliberately making it look like that so I reckon it is fully original. The lume and dial condition may show evidence of water damage so I would want to look closely at the movement condition.

·Agree with @padders no one is doing a sympathetic relume in that shade of mouldy dirt.
Other than being original, the only possibility is it’s been crudely relumed with the intention of actually restoring lume function using greenish compound. Very unlikely though.
When deciding upon a price please bear in mind this is a very average example and price should reflect that.

Concerning the case I don't see any facet at all, even not a beginning of a shadow of a facet... which makes me confirm "overpolished".
