Gents, I searched but could not find this measurement for the Omega Seamaster 300 ref. 165.024.

The measurement from the spring bar holes on one side to the spring bar holes on the opposite end.

note: I am NOT looking for the lug width of 20mm.

Essentially I am looking for this length (the length of the case) so I can guesstimate the length of a custom shark mesh bracelet for what will eventually be a SM300 purchase (soon, I hope). A friend of mine can cut me one but I need to give him some measurements.

My wrist size is around 7 1/8, though it swells to nearly 71/4 in the hottest weather. If I have the spring bar to spring length of the case I can come up with a number for him.

    Thanks in advance.

No sorry, that is not what I need. I know what the lug width is. I need to know the length of the case, from one spring bar to the next.

Sorry, misread. Drinking and reading bad idea.

No, you don't. You want to know that it's 43mm center to center from one 1.8mm spring bar to the other.

Also note that you can get different diameter spring bars that could be another plus or minus an eighth inch if needed. Plus take into account that the bottom of the case is below the center line of the holes and will take off a little of your measurement......... Just some thoughts.

1/8" is a bit over 3mm. Largest spring bar I ever saw was 2mm.

Note I said "center to center". I measured outside of about 45mm and subtracted about 2mm to get the center to center measurement.

Good call. The monster thick spring bars can only get to 2.5mm. Compare it to the slimmest at 1.2mm gives a delta of 1.3mm. Still enough distance to take the little bit of extra slack out or remove the choke feeling. Let's not even get into the nuts and bolts of how they actually sit inside the mesh ;)

Probably meant 1.8mm. Pesky metric vs imp terminology.
